As an IT Sales Specialist at VECTO.DIGITAL, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your expertise in IT solutions and services will be essential in understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✔️ Set sales goals and implement initiatives to increase sales and market share.
✔️ Prepare compelling proposals for new business opportunities and present them to potential clients.
✔️ Utilize the company CRM to maintain all customer contacts and track progress throughout the sales process.
✔️ Collaborate with other company departments, such as marketing and finance, to offer seamless customer support and solutions.
✔️ Generate regular reports and data for sales analysis, providing insights to improve performance.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and pricing/payment plans in the IT industry.
✔️ Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
✔️ Employ sales techniques, including cold emails, to expand the customer base and build strong relationships.
✔️ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation.
✔️ Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
✔️ Showcase exceptional presentation skills to engage clients and convey the value of our IT solutions.
✔️ Manage time efficiently to balance sales activities and meet deadlines effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead customers through the sales process, identifying needs, and closing sales successfully.
  • In-depth knowledge of information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous working experience in the IT sphere, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Advanced level of English, particularly in writing, to effectively communicate with international clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, including cold emails and prospecting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex sales tasks.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase our IT solutions to potential clients.
  • Proficient time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets effectively.
