Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Technical supervision of the frontend team, project architecture, development of coding standards and other team policies
✔️ Manage project delivery within deadlines: distribution of tasks within the team, estimation of the scope of work, planning, prioritization, and decomposition of tasks
✔️ Assist with recruitment, initial training and adaptation to create an efficient front end team
✔️ Mentor and level up individual team members, encourage their professional growth and maximize their contribution within the projects
✔️ Take on Release Management processes
✔️ Work closely with founders to come up with new features, technologies and methodologies
✔️ Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
✔️ Develop and implement a timeline to achieve company and personal KPI
