VECTO developed a CRM/TRM and mobile application designed for mall staff and tenants to communicate easier with each other and have quick access to the mobile application content management. Mobile application is designed for mall end users to gain information about the mall amenities, stores, as well as special offers and discounts.

Dalma Garden Mall sought a CRM/TRM platform and mobile application to improve internal communication between mall staff and tenants and streamline content management for the app. The mobile app also serves as an informative tool for mall visitors, offering details on amenities, stores, exclusive offers, and discounts.


VECTO Digital developed a comprehensive CRM/TRM platform for efficient communication and a user-friendly mobile app designed to enhance the mall experience for end-users. Key features include:

 

  • CRM/TRM Platform: This platform allows seamless communication between mall staff and tenants, facilitating updates and information sharing. The integrated content management feature provides easy access for staff to manage app content.
