Freedom of Information Center (FOICA) needed a modernized web presence that not only enhanced its visual appeal but also improved accessibility and user interaction. The organization required an advanced content categorization system and an interactive chatbot to streamline information retrieval.
Solution
VECTO Digital redesigned and developed a refreshed website for FOICA, incorporating a modern aesthetic with user-friendly navigation. We implemented a complex categorization system with custom fields, ensuring structured and efficient content organization. Additionally, we built and integrated a customized chatbot to assist users in quickly finding relevant information, enhancing engagement and accessibility.
