What We Did

Sentigraph AI is an advanced report management and analytics platform designed to help teams understand data on a deeper, human level. Instead of focusing only on numbers and surface-level metrics, Sentigraph analyzes sentiment and emotional context to reveal how people actually feel behind the data. The platform transforms qualitative signals into clear insights that support better decision-making.

VECTO Digital was responsible for building the core web platform and administrative infrastructure. We developed a secure admin panel for company administrators and end users, allowing controlled access to reports, data sources and AI-powered analysis tools. The system was designed to support complex report generation workflows while remaining easy to use for non-technical teams.

Our work included backend development, AI integration and report logic architecture. The platform supports structured emotional analysis, sentiment classification and visual insight generation, making it suitable for internal analytics teams, researchers and decision-makers. The project was delivered using VECTO Digital’s software development services in Armenia and advanced web development service capabilities, supported by our role as a reliable IT service provider.

Client’s Challenge

The client’s main challenge was to move beyond traditional reports based only on raw data and numerical indicators. They wanted to create reports that focus on emotional understanding and sentiment-driven insights.

Our Solution

VECTO Digital designed and built a sentiment-focused reporting system supported by AI-driven analysis. Our approach centered on clarity, depth and usability.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • Development of a structured sentiment analysis engine that classifies emotional tone across datasets.
  • Creation of multi-section reports covering emotional trends, sentiment distribution and contextual patterns.
  • Integration of charts and heatmaps to visually represent emotional intensity and sentiment shifts.

Prompt engineering and model tuning were applied to improve interpretation accuracy and maintain consistency across reports.

While the platform does not yet have measurable performance data, Sentigraph AI demonstrates strong potential across multiple use cases.
